Version 1.1-minor fixes and usability updates


3/5/24: made several updates to Heat Rises per GWJ feedback:

- Fixed missing shadows in level 1
- Added 0.1 seconds of coyote time during which you can jump after running off a platform
- Removed the slam attack from the armored form, since it served little purpose and was only causing confusion
- Added a difficulty option in the form of health points: the player can now take up to 3 hits before dying, and will bounce upward when taking damage, then be invulnerable for one second. This setting can be modified from the pause menu
- Moved the first door switch in the tutorial to make it more obvious that it opens the door
- Fixed an issue where the player could play the death sequence multiple times if they were rapidly hit by multiple enemies
